Delivery & Refund Policy

All oil sales are final upon delivery. Oil prices are volatile and frequently changing according to market demand, as a result we can offer no refunds or credits for heating oil after it has been delivered. Refunds on repairs, parts or equipment must be requested within 5 days of the sale date and will be addressed on an individual basis. Certain parts or equipment may incur a 25% restocking fee.
